Naming happens on our servers, so it carries on even after you close the app. If a keep still has no title after a few minutes, pull down to refresh the list. If it is still blank an hour later, email us with the child's name and roughly when you added it and we will look at it directly.

Yes. Tap the keep, tap the title or description, and type over it. Your version is kept permanently and will never be overwritten.

Everything you have already kept stays exactly where it is, and you can still browse, export, and make books. You just cannot add new keeps until you free up space or subscribe.

Cancel through Apple, not through us: open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then Tiny Keeps, then Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.

Apple processes every payment, so Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple Account that made the purchase.

Yes, at full resolution, from the app, whenever you like. There is no export fee and no watermark.

Settings, then Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, every child profile, and every photograph. It cannot be undone, so export anything you want to keep first. If you would rather we did it, email us from the address on the account.
